 Hisar established and started it’s activity at 1990 in Aksaray – Turkey. Komsar Kombassan Inc. and Hisar had a merger in 1996, which resulted in a strong capital structure and a modernized factory. Hisar has increased regularly its current production capacity and became biggest manufacturer in Turkey by establishing Aydın factory in 2003.
 Hisar has increased it’s capacity of 200.000 tons/year (below 5 microns) and continued it’s activities with 100 employees and 16.000 sqm of production plant in 48.000 sqm land
